This Refund Policy applies to IPTV ChannelMate free trials and paid lifetime app activation licences. Please read this policy carefully before choosing to continue with the paid version.
2. What You Are Purchasing
You are purchasing an activation licence for the IPTV ChannelMate media player application only. This does not include any TV channels, IPTV subscriptions, playlists, streams or content of any kind.
3. Refund Policy
If the free trial period has been started or used and the customer chooses to continue with the paid version, no refund will be granted under any circumstances.
4. How to Request a Refund
For payment errors or duplicate charges, contact us at support@channelmate.tv with:
- Your order/purchase reference number
- Your Device ID used for activation
- A clear description of the payment issue
5. Processing Time
Payment issue requests are typically reviewed within 5-10 business days. If a correction is approved, it will be returned via the original payment method where possible.
