Full-day Timeline EPG
ChannelMate 1.5.13 introduces a redesigned, full-day Electronic Programme Guide. When your authorised source supplies valid guide data, the timeline shows current and upcoming programmes across channels, includes a Now shortcut and opens programme details without leaving the guide. Select the programme currently on air to watch or record it, or move forward to schedule a future programme or series. Guide completeness and series information depend on the EPG data supplied by your source.
Live DVR & Scheduling
The DVR in ChannelMate 1.5.13 brings recording controls into the programme guide. Open a current programme and choose Record to start a DVR job, or select a future programme and schedule it in advance. Where the supplied EPG includes suitable series data, you can also create a series rule. The DVR area separates Scheduled, Recording, Completed and Failed jobs so you can review status and cancel upcoming recordings. Recording support depends on the stream format, source reliability, available storage and the rights attached to the content.
Device & USB Recording
Store DVR files on the Android TV device or supported attached USB storage. Android's folder picker keeps access under your control: choose the destination, approve it and ChannelMate records into that location. DVR settings also let you define a storage quota, limit simultaneous jobs and add optional time before or after each programme. Available capacity and USB support vary by device and Android configuration.
NAS Recording
ChannelMate can connect to recording storage on your local network using SMB or NFS. Select the protocol, enter your NAS address and share or export details, then choose or create a recording folder. This is useful when the TV device has limited internal space or recordings need to remain on storage you manage. Network performance, NAS permissions and available capacity affect recording reliability.
Multiple Playlists
Many users manage more than one media source—perhaps a primary M3U playlist for live broadcasts and a secondary Xtream Codes account for a personal VOD library. ChannelMate's Multiple Playlists feature allows you to add and store several independent playlist profiles within the same app. You can name each profile (e.g., "Home Server", "Sports List") and switch between them instantly without having to re-enter URLs or credentials.
