If you use playlist-management tools, we may process your M3U URL, EPG URL or authorised Xtream Codes details only to configure your ChannelMate app.

Log and Diagnostic Data

When errors occur, we may collect technical data such as IP address, device type, app version, operating system, timestamps, error details and basic usage statistics.
