If your playlist does not upload or appear in IPTV ChannelMate, work through this checklist before contacting support.
IPTV ChannelMate is a player only. It can help you add your own legally obtained playlist details, but it cannot fix expired, blocked or invalid playlist sources from a third-party provider.

1. Check Your MAC Address
The upload must be linked to the same app-generated MAC address shown inside IPTV ChannelMate.
If the MAC address is wrong, the playlist may upload to the wrong device record or fail validation.
Go to the Upload Playlist page and re-enter the MAC address carefully.

2. Confirm Your Trial or Activation Status
Playlist uploads work for active trials and activated devices. If your trial has expired, activate the app before uploading or changing playlist details.
Use the Activate App page if your device needs lifetime access.
3. Test the M3U URL
Copy your M3U URL and paste it into a browser. If the browser cannot download or open the playlist, ChannelMate cannot read it either.
Common URL problems include:
4. Check Xtream Codes Details
For Xtream Codes, verify:
The server URL should usually include the correct protocol, such as http:// or https://.
5. Avoid Illegal or Unauthorised Sources
Only upload playlist sources you are legally authorised to use. IPTV ChannelMate does not provide content and does not verify licensing for third-party playlist sources.
If a source looks suspicious, ask the provider for licensing information before using it.
6. Restart the App After Uploading
After uploading or changing playlist details, restart IPTV ChannelMate on your device. This helps the app refresh its playlist connection.
