1. Nature of the App

IPTV ChannelMate is a software application designed to play media streams from playlists supplied by the user. It functions similarly to a media player such as VLC — it can play media files and streams, but provides no content of its own.

The App is a neutral technology tool. It has no control over, and takes no responsibility for, the content that users choose to stream through it.

2. User Content Responsibility

Users of IPTV ChannelMate are solely and entirely responsible for:

• Ensuring that any playlist, M3U URL or Xtream Codes connection they use is legally obtained and licensed
• Ensuring they have the legal right to access the content within their playlist in their jurisdiction
• Complying with all applicable copyright laws, broadcasting regulations and digital rights management rules in their country
• Understanding that local laws vary — what is legal in one country may not be legal in another

3. No Content Endorsement

ChannelMate does not endorse, recommend or partner with any IPTV subscription provider. Any third-party IPTV services that users choose to use are independent of ChannelMate. We make no representations about the legality, quality or reliability of any third-party IPTV service.

4. No Warranty on Content Availability

As we do not control any streaming servers or content, we cannot guarantee the availability, quality, continuity or legality of any stream that a user attempts to play through the App. If a stream does not work, this is a matter between the user and their IPTV service provider.

5. Copyright Compliance

We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that any functionality of the App facilitates copyright infringement, please contact us at legal@channelmate.tv.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ChannelMate shall not be held liable for any claims, damages or losses arising from the user's choice of content, their use of third-party IPTV services, or any legal consequences resulting from accessing unlicensed content.
