Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, activating or using the IPTV ChannelMate application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and ChannelMate ("we", "us" or "our").

2. Description of Service

IPTV ChannelMate is a media player application that allows users to play video streams from their own M3U playlists or Xtream Codes connections. The App is a player tool only.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree that:

• You will only use playlists and content that you are legally authorised to access in your jurisdiction.
• You will not use the App to access, distribute or facilitate access to unlicensed, infringing or illegal content.
• You are solely responsible for the content you stream through the App.
• You will comply with all applicable local, national and international laws and regulations.
• You will not share your activation credentials with unauthorised persons.
• You are 18 years of age or older, or have parental consent if under 18.

4. Licence and Activation

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use IPTV ChannelMate on the number of devices covered by your activation plan.

Activation unlocks the App on your device(s) only. It does not entitle you to any channels, content, IPTV subscriptions or streaming services.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App to distribute, sell or sublicence access to content you do not own.
• Circumvent any technical protection measures in the App.
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code and branding, is protected by intellectual property law. All rights are reserved by ChannelMate. Your licence to use the App does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with all devices.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChannelMate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or any content you access through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your App activation.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms. You may discontinue use of the App at any time. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information about refunds upon termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ChannelMate operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
