How to Activate IPTV ChannelMate

Activation is a one-time process that unlocks the IPTV ChannelMate player on your device. Here is everything you need to know.

What Does Activation Do?

Activation verifies your licence and unlocks the full IPTV ChannelMate player application on your specific device. It does not provide any channels, content or IPTV subscriptions — it simply enables the app.

Step 1: Download the App

Install IPTV ChannelMate from the Google Play Store, Amazon Appstore, or your Smart TV's app store.

Step 2: Find Your Device ID

Open the app and navigate to Settings → Activation or About. You will see your unique Device ID (also called MAC Address on some devices). It typically looks like: AA:BB:CC:DD:EE:FF

Write it down or keep the app open as you go to Step 3.

Step 3: Visit the Activation Page

Go to channelmate.tv/activate on any browser — your phone, laptop or tablet.

Step 4: Enter Your Details

Device ID / MAC Address — enter exactly as shown in the app

Activation Code — enter the code from your purchase confirmation email

Email — optional, useful for future support queries

Click Activate Now.

Step 5: Refresh the App

You'll see a success message on the website. Go back to the IPTV ChannelMate app and restart it or navigate to the activation screen to refresh. Your device should now show as activated.
