Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of IPTV ChannelMate app activation licences. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.

2. What You Are Purchasing

You are purchasing an activation licence for the IPTV ChannelMate media player application only. This does not include any TV channels, IPTV subscriptions, playlists, streams or content of any kind.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

✓ Eligible for Refund

  • The App fails to function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time
  • You were charged incorrectly or more than once for the same purchase
  • Request made within 7 days of purchase and the activation has not been used
  • Technical fault on our side that prevents activation

✗ Not Eligible for Refund

  • Your IPTV playlist or content is not working — this is a matter for your IPTV service provider
  • You purchased the wrong product or changed your mind after the activation has been used
  • Incompatibility with a specific device not listed in our supported device list
  • Request made more than 14 days after purchase
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Claims that content is unavailable — we do not provide content

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within the eligible period at support@channelmate.tv with:

  • Your order/purchase reference number
  • Your Device ID used for activation
  • Reason for the refund request

5. Processing Time

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days. Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method. We will confirm approval or denial of your request by email.

6. App Store Purchases

If you made your purchase through Google Play Store, Amazon Appstore or another app marketplace, their refund policies apply. Please refer to the respective store's refund process. We cannot process refunds for app store transactions directly.
